The odometer represents the mileage of the vehicle. There are four odometer codes
ACTUAL – The odometer reading is accurate and actual.
NOT ACTUAL – The odometer reading is not accurate or could not be determined.
EXEMPT – The odometer reading does not have to be disclosed by federal law.
EXCEEDS MECHANICAL LIMITS – The odometer reading does not display accurate mileage as the odometer has "rolled over".
Primary and Secondary damage codes are used to identify the vehicle's known damage or reported damage only, and both codes specify impactful information about the vehicle. One damage code shouldn't be interpreted as more significant than the other code. The auction facility, not SCA, provides these codes. IAA, SCA, and our dealers strongly disclaim the accuracy of the damage codes as they may not accurately confirm the type of damage or its extent to any vehicle. The title ownership documents only describe the vehicle's current title and are subject to change by type or issuing state during the transaction. It's your responsibility to check with the corresponding DMW agencies before the transaction whether a particular title type will transfer over as currently displayed. The title brand is an official designation appointed by the state which appears on a vehicle's title. Some examples of brand types are "Salvage", "Flood", and "Rebuilt". The criteria used to assign title brands and their definitions vary extensively from state to state. Stationary: The auction location confirmed that upon arrival at the auction location facility, the vehicle did not start, had engine damage, or was not tested for the vehicle's starting capabilities. Please note that upon the pick up of the vehicle, it may not start, drive, or move.
Vehicles purchased at SCA are not warrantied, represented, or guaranteed to include keys, regardless if the item listing or photos indicate that keys are present or were present in the vehicle before the time of purchase.
